Great location near Olympic Park and National Convention Centre. Excellent breakfast options, both Chinese and English. Helpful and cute staff. Reliable electronic door locks and replenished bottled water.

Excellent breakfast with both Chinese and English options available for £12 per person. Convenient onsite restaurants including TGI Fridays. Early check-in provided after a long-haul flight. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near the former Olympic area and subway station.

The location of the hotel was great for my business trip, as it was conveniently located near the Convention Center. the hotel staff at the Western restaurant were very friendly and provided excellent service.
There were several aspects of my stay that I did not like. the breakfast provided at the hotel was not up to Western standards and left much to be desired.

We stayed at a hotel that wasn't very close to a subway station, but luckily taxis were easily available. The location also had a Cantonese restaurant where we tried some food. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff could speak English, making communication easier. The hotel also had free WiFi and a stable internet connection, which was a plus.
The carpet and upholstered furniture in the room were stained and needed cleaning.

The hotel provided luxurious amenities, including a spacious suite and private facilities. the restaurant served delicious Kosher food and the staff offered excellent service. the location was very convenient for attending a nearby conference.
There was no bar or lounge area to sit and relax with a drink.
